The Hotel is situated in detached five-floor building in the historical part of the city. It is situated in 10 minutes walk from the “Ligovsky Prospekt” metro station, in 20 minutes walk or in 7 minutes drive from the arterial highway of the city- Nevsky Prospekt, and – the main traffic interchange Moskovsky Rail Terminal.
The Hotel is also situated in the comparative nearness to Vitebsky and Baltiysky Rail Terminals, and not far from the Pulkovo Airport.

Reception, café, and a beauty salon are located on the ground floor of the hotel. On the top floors (2 to 5) there are 33 rooms: 3 Deluxe Rooms (TWIN/DBL bed, a bathroom), 8 Classic Rooms (TWIN/DBL bed, a bathroom); 15 Classic Rooms (TWIN/DBL bed, a shower), 7 Single Classic Rooms (SNGL bed, a shower).
